Anthony has been working on developing the first interactive recipe magazine for the Caribbean, called Cuisine Caribe and at the same time creating new products

Cocola Pudding with mix fruits. His holiday dessert creation - coconut and vanilla pudding with mix fruits topped with coconut flakes sprinkled on top.

Coconut and Honey dipped wings: Anthony's inner Chef has arrived. In his kitchen he created - Coconut and Honey dipped wings with an Organic Juice. This was the start of his new Cuisine Caribe digital magazine more to come
